PrimeSwap does not perform KYC and does not ask for any personal information. You can swap without creating an account. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.
Who Can Use PrimeSwap
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a restricted or sanctioned area. We do not allow illegal, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity on this platform.
Fees
Our standard fee is 0.3%. Network costs or other provider fees may also apply and will show up in your quote before you confirm the swap. Once you go ahead with an exchange, that means you've seen and agreed to the fee and quote shown.
Crypto Risks
Crypto transactions can be affected by price swings, network delays, failed transactions, smart contract bugs, low liquidity, and provider outages. By using PrimeSwap, you accept that these things can happen.
Liability
PrimeSwap is provided as-is. We're not responsible for losses caused by transactions, user mistakes, wrong addresses, wrong networks, market changes, or issues with blockchains or outside providers.
Sending the Wrong Coin or Network
If you send the wrong token, use the wrong network, send an asset we don't support, forget a required memo, or send to the wrong address, that deposit can be lost for good. Please double check the coin, network, amount, and address before you send anything. Once it's sent, we usually cannot get it back.

The prices, rates, and info shown on PrimeSwap are for general information only. None of it is financial, legal, or tax advice.
When a Swap Fails or Is Delayed
If a swap fails, is delayed, or completes incorrectly due to a technical issue, network problem, or an issue on the part of a third-party provider, we must wait for that provider to resolve the matter before we can provide an update. The time this takes is outside of our control, as it depends on the provider and the blockchain network involved, not on PrimeSwap. If an order cannot be completed successfully, users will be issued a refund.
